1. Overview This policy outlines the terms for refunds, exchanges, and cancellations for all services and digital products provided by Revup Fitness
. We aim to be firm, fair, and transparent. Please read this carefully before making a purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refunds Our refund policy is strict and varies by service type:
High-Ticket Coaching/Consulting Services: Are strictly non-refundable. Upon payment, you are securing our time in the calendar and receiving immediate access to our proprietary intellectual property, strategies, and systems. No refunds will be issued for any reason once the service has commenced.
Digital Products / Setups (Low-Ticket): We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee only if you can provide documented proof of a technical failure on our end that we are unable to resolve within 7 business days. Refunds will not be issued for changing your mind, lack of use, or if you do not understand how to use the product.
3. Refund Process and Timeline To request a refund where eligible, you must submit a written request to [email protected]
with a detailed explanation and any relevant proof. Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Services The following are explicitly non-refundable under any circumstances:
All setup fees and deposits.
Any months of coaching or consulting that have already been paid for or rendered.
Strategy sessions, audits, or one-off calls that have already taken place.
Any service where the core intellectual property has been delivered.
5. Cancellation by the Client
High-Ticket Coaching/Consulting: You may cancel your ongoing service agreement by providing 30 days' written notice. If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for any and all payments due within that 30-day notice period.
Monthly Subscriptions (Digital Products): You may cancel your subscription at any time via your client portal or by emailing us. Your access will continue for the remainder of your paid billing period, and you will not be billed again.
6. Cancellation by the Company We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with any Client immediately and without refund for non-payment, harassment of our team or community members, unethical behavior, or a material breach of our Terms and Conditions.
7. Exchange or Rescheduling Policy For one-on-one coaching calls, we require a minimum of 48 business hours' notice to reschedule a session. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of that session with no option for refund or reschedule. We allow a maximum of one (1) reschedule per month.
8. Late or No-Show Policy Our time is valuable, as is yours. If you are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled call, it will be considered a "no-show," and the session will be forfeited with no option for refund or reschedule.
9. Force Majeure and Unexpected Events In the case of a true force majeure event that precludes the delivery of services, we will work with the Client in good faith to reschedule or find a fair resolution on a case-by-case basis.
